Behaviors That Could Ruin Your Life

You are not here to live a miserable life however certain behaviors will keep you from living your ideal fulfilling life of purpose. Be aware of these behaviors and change them if you want to live well. Here below are the 10 behaviors that could ruin your life.

Negative Self-Talk

How you talk to yourself every single day is very important. If you say negative things about yourself that you would never say to a friend then your self-esteem, image, and confidence will be negatively impacted and prevent you from living your best life.

It will be hard for you to fulfill your purpose and chart your path in life without confidence. You will potentially suffer from imposter syndrome and think who I am to do this and have doubts and fears which will prevent you from taking the right actions toward the fulfillment of your purpose.

Know that you are here for a purpose otherwise, you would not be here right now. You matter and are enough just the way you are. You have the wisdom and ability to fulfill your purpose and so stop saying negative things about yourself based on societal rules and expectations.

Being In Toxic Relationships

Your self-esteem, image, and confidence will also be affected if you are in toxic relationships. Choose to be around people who have faith in your abilities, believe in you, and cheer you on. Don’t be around toxic people, who constantly judge, and criticize you.

These toxic people are probably not on the path to fulfilling their purpose and they do not understand what you are doing. Remember not everybody has to understand your purpose. Your purpose is between you and your creator.

Procrastination

Procrastination happens because of fear and doubts. Don’t procrastinate when it comes to your growth and fulfillment of your purpose. You came on this earth to fulfill your soul’s calling and purpose and procrastination will prevent you from its fulfillment.

Remember you are here on this earth for a short time and not here forever and so act now and focus on growing and serving others. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes. It is okay to make mistakes and learn from them.

Comparison

We live in a day and age where excessive scrolling on social media is very common. Everybody looks happy in their posts. Don’t compare yourself to others. You are not here to live their life.

If you see someone happy send them blessings but always remind yourself and know that you are on your path. You are here to fulfill your purpose and as long as you’re moving forward what everybody is doing does not matter.

Make sure you focus on your growth and getting better and wiser every single day so that you can serve your purpose in a bigger and better way. You have also been given unique gifts to fulfill your purpose.

Holding Grudges

Holding grudges will only harm you and nobody else.  Know that deep down inside we are all a soul with a body that is here for a reason.

We may forget how powerful we are, why we are here, error in our thoughts and behavior and be in pain.  This pain then causes us to inflict pain on others. Know that when a person is being mean that they are not okay and so send them blessings and forgive them.

Forgive yourself for reacting because it’s okay for you to sometimes react.  You must move back to your inner peace, serenity, and natural well-being as soon as you can. Do not let the pain hold space within you and block good things, guidance, and abundance to come to you.

Perfectionism

Perfectionism will keep you from living your ideal life and fulfilling your purpose. If releasing offers, and products and that are not perfect serves one person then you’re fulfilling your purpose.

It is okay to have unperfect work out there that you know you can eventually change, improve, innovate, and continue to serve in a bigger and better way as you learn and grow more.

Overworking

If you are always overworking, constantly busy and never spending time in the quiet then it would be hard for you to receive your guidance.

Overworking will also eventually lead to breakdown and burnout. Learn to create some quiet spaces in your day where you sit in solitude, listen to your soul’s whispers, and align with your creator.

Codependency

You are a powerful divine soul. Codependency is never good for you. You are responsible for creating your meaningful life and no one else needs to be given this responsibility.

Your happiness and joy are who you are by nature. They are your soul’s original qualities. Learn to go inward to tap into, and feel your inner Serenity and happiness.

Social Avoidance

Withdrawing from others and social avoidance is not good for you. We are all social creatures and for you to serve others you have to be around them. We are here to help others, and if you are in seclusion, you cannot help anybody else.

Meet up with and be around people because you will get more opportunities to serve them. Go for a walk at the mall, and out in nature.

Excessive Regret

Do not have excessive regret from your past no matter what you did. Learn from all the decisions that you made in your life in the past.

Learn and grow from your past experiences and move on because as long as you are getting better and you are growing remember you can serve your purpose in a bigger and better way.

Do not continue to judge yourself for decisions that you made in the past because you made those decisions based on who you were and could do at that time.  Forgive yourself and discover what your purpose is and live your life your ideal life and be happy.
