You let other people\u2019s behavior and actions, the outer situations and circumstances of your life determine and shape the quality of your beliefs, thoughts, feelings, words that you speak and actions you take, habits you form, and the eventual destiny that you attain.

The very first step to making any change is to become aware of the issue or problem itself so here are 10 ways, you could be possibly giving away your power every single day.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

Seeking Validation From Others<\/h3>\n\n

Do you catch yourself waiting for someone to tell you, ‘Good job!’ before you feel proud? That is giving your power away. Instead, celebrate your wins. Validate yourself before seeking it externally.\u00a0

You are here to live your true authentic life and fulfill a purpose that is between you and your creator by using your unique gifts and natural talents given to you.\u00a0

Focus and use your energy to live your life in alignment with your soul and purpose. Nobody else has to understand why you do what you do as long as you are on a path to fulfilling your purpose and soul\u2019s calling.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

Saying Yes When You Mean No<\/h3>\n\n

Every time you say yes to something you do not want to do, you are saying no to yourself. Practice this: Pause and ask, “Is this a true yes for me?” If not, honor your boundaries.

You always have to honor your boundaries and know when to say no because when you use your limited time on things that don’t matter to you or force yourself to be somewhere where you don’t want to be.\u00a0

So, get comfortable with saying “No, thank you,\u201d with a smile whenever necessary because for you to fulfill your purpose and the reason why you came here sometimes you have to say no so that you have the energy and the time to do what you came here to do.<\/p>\n\n\n

Letting Fear Of Judgement Control You<\/h3>\n\n

Are you holding back because you are worried about what ‘they’ will think? ‘They’ are too busy worrying about themselves. Start showing up for YOU.\u00a0

Nobody has to understand why you do what you do let them judge you because if they don’t understand why you’re doing what you are doing then they can judge you all they want but you have to stay steadfast on your path to fulfillment of your purpose before time is up and you have to leave this world and this earth.

So, do not worry about others judging you because they’re judging you from their perspective from their experience and they can never truly understand where you are coming from.\u00a0

As long as you know you are on the right path and you are living your life in alignment with your soul don’t worry about other\u2019s opinions and judgment.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

Over Apologizing<\/h3>\n\n

Does ‘I am sorry’ come out of your mouth more times a day than you can count? Stop apologizing for existing. Replace ‘Sorry I\u2019m late’ with ‘Thank you for waiting.’ Words matter

Always remember words carry energy and do matter.\u00a0 Do not apologize for things that are not your fault. Most women over apologize all the time.\u00a0

So, watch and catch how many times you’re apologizing and whether it is necessary or a habit that you need to work on and eliminate.

When you say, ‘They made me feel this way,’ you\u2019re handing them the keys to your mood. Reframe it: ‘I feel this way because I\u2019m interpreting their actions like this.’ Now you are in control.”

Nobody has the power to make you feel anything. It is you who interprets situations, circumstances, and others\u2019 behavior, tells yourself stories, and lets your thoughts go to places where you then feel something.\u00a0

So, you are 100% responsible and in control of creating a beautiful life experience for yourself. Watch your thoughts, beliefs, identity, and resulting feelings, words, and actions because they will create your destiny eventually.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n

Whether it is a toxic relationship, job, or environment, staying in something that depletes you is giving away your energy. Take inventory: What in your life needs to go?”

You don’t have to stay somewhere where your energy is getting drained because when your energy is depleted you may not be able to fulfill your purpose.\u00a0Your cup has to be full for you to serve others from an overflow.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

Comparing Yourself To Others<\/h3>\n\n

Comparison is the thief of joy and your power. Every time you think ‘They\u2019re better than me,’ you shrink yourself. Flip it: Be inspired, not intimidated.

Always remember everybody has their purpose for coming on this earth right now so you cannot compare yourself to others.\u00a0

Do not feel intimidated by others as long as you know you’re on your path and it’s okay to be inspired by the good things that others are doing.\u00a0

Everybody has their purpose and everybody is a soul that’s on their Journey so don’t compare yourself to others.<\/p>\n\n

Ignoring Your Intuition<\/h3>\n\n

Your gut is your inner compass, but ignoring it is like giving away your GPS. Start small: Listen to your intuition on little things and watch it grow stronger.

Always remember your intuition is your loving inner guidance. It is your inner compass that is always there for you to listen to and to be guided by so make sure you’re creating quiet moments in your life where you can understand and hear and know that it’s your intuition that’s guiding you.

It is important to become familiar with your intuition and learn to listen to it because the more you listen to it the stronger it will get and it will guide you.\u00a0

You are 100% responsible for your life and choices determine what results Destiny you get by the identity, beliefs, thoughts you think feelings that you feel as a result of the actions that you take the words that you speak the habits that you form that will create your destiny.

So, live a conscious life and know that you are a soul that’s here to fulfill a purpose you’re a soul with a body that’s temporarily in this body to fulfill a purpose and as long as you stay on your path you will create a beautiful life for yourself will beautiful fulfilling life for yourself.<\/p>\n\n
